The amazing TrondheimSolistene is a permanent fixture on the Kamfest programme, which is particularly fitting this year since festival composer Silvestrov has a fondness for strings. Caressed by the Free Mason Hall's wonderful acoustics, we'll hear two of his most played works: Stille Musik, and The Messenger for piano and strings.

You can also look forward to Bach's great double concerto for oboe and violin and Mozart's dramatic C minor quintet in a fierce version for chamber orchestra!
