The Trondheim Symphony Orchestra’s Thursday concert is an annual festival highlight. This year features the harp and composer Jörg Widmann. The program opens with Mozart’s only harp work – his Double Concerto for flute and harp – performed chamber music style without conductor. After the break, Widmann conducts three of his own compositions. Con brio was written for conductor Mariss Jansons and is inspired by Beethoven.
