Fiddle and Hardanger fiddle player Sturla Eide is a popular and versatile musician from Orkdal outside Trondheim. He is known for creativity and surplus in his play style, always playing around with audiences and dancers alike. Eide has recorded several albums of local traditional music, while also putting traditional music in the melting pot together with other genres in collaboration with numerous other musicians.
