The Trondheim Soloists is one of Trondheim's most influential musical ambassadors, who continues to receive international recognition. The orchestra performs frequently throughout the world, has won several Norwegian Grammy Awards and has been nominated for international Grammy a number of times. The Trondheim Soloists is an important exporter of Norwegian music, and has commissioned and performed a number of works. Artistic director from August 1, 2018, is Geir Inge Lotsberg.
