Kamfest 2019 is over. A big thank you to all the volunteers, the audience, the artists, the project managers, the concert managers, to all our public and private supporters and partners - to everyone who has contributed in large and small. Thank you for your enthusiasm and dedication! We look forward to next year, the 25th festival in a row!

The vocal ensemble Nordic Voices participated several times during the festival, here during the Opening Concert in Vår Frue church.

The opening concert ended in a spectacular ending with a wall dance by the dance company Frikar. Violinist Ragnhild Hemsing played Bach's Allemande from Partita in D minor.

 

Ung lyd! at Dokkhuset Tuesday morning, where young composers from the NTNU Institute of Music, and Heimdal High School and the Cathedral School, got their own works presented.

 

In collaboration with the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra & Opera and Brøløy, the chamber opera "Offended - protect the child!" premiered during this year's festival. Soloists, and musicians and singers from the TSO / Trondheim Vocal Ensemble. The opera was written by Trygve Brøske and Marianne Meløy, and directed by Ivar Tindberg.

The at home concerts are popular, and this year it was the Solberg couple at Hasselbakken who won the "At home with you?" concert. Here Ragnhild Hemsing and Emilia Amper.

The Trondheim International Chamber Music Competition fill the festival week with excitement and high-level musical performance. Mithra's Trio won First prize. 

 

 
The night concert filled the Nidaros Cathedral with an audience of 1100. Here represented by Trondheim Jazz Orchestra and Ola Kvernberg, playing their own version of Summer.

In Freemason's Saturday night, TrondheimSolistene was joined by flutist Sharon Bezaly.
