Peter Thomson

Peter Thomson is a British writer, director and actor. As a graduate, he began his career as an actor in London's West End, where he gained experience he has taken with him as a dramatist and director. BBC radio has produced over 30 of Thomson's pieces, 15 of his plays have been set up around the UK, and he has written numerous plays for children. As a director, Thomson has worked with a varied repertoire, including his own pieces. In addition, he has worked with plays and directed at several theater colleges and universities. Currently he is working on four radio dramas and plans a documentary about his South African cousin who, after 10 years in prison during apartheid, became Mandela's finance minister.
